Do I have to pay after signing up?
Yes. Signing up creates your account but doesn't charge you anything. You'll then be able to review the plan and price before continuing to payment.
When is the first payment taken?

Yes. It renews for the weekly, monthly or quarterly period you've chosen until you cancel it.
How can I cancel?
Directly from the subscription section of your account, with no need to call or contact support.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
You stay in control of your professional information and can export or delete it using the options available in your account.
Can my employer see what I write?
No. Your employer gets no access to your analyses, documents or work situations.
Does WorkDecoded send messages or documents on my behalf?
No. Nothing is sent automatically. You review, edit and decide what to use.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the subscription management area of your account, depending on the options available.
Is there a free plan?
No. WorkDecoded is a paid subscription from day one: €2.99/week, €9.99/month or €24.99 every 3 months. There is no trial period, but you can cancel at any time.
Which languages does it work in?
Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. You can switch language at any time from the selector or from Settings.
What happens to my documents?
They are kept in private storage that is not reachable from the web, and only you can download them. You can export a full copy of your account or delete it with all your documents from Settings.

No. WorkDecoded provides general guidance to prepare career decisions. In high-risk situations such as dismissal, harassment or discrimination, also seek qualified professional support.
