These terms govern the use of WorkDecoded, provided by the operator shown below. By creating an account you accept them.

What WorkDecoded is
WorkDecoded is a private workspace with tools to prepare career decisions: analysing job offers, preparing your CV and interviews, organising workplace situations, logging achievements and preparing salary reviews.
The analyses are generated with predefined rules and criteria from the information you provide. They are general guidance: review them and make your own decisions. WorkDecoded does not guarantee outcomes such as being hired, promoted or given a raise.
WorkDecoded does not replace legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. In high-risk situations (discrimination, harassment, dismissal or a formal investigation), also seek qualified professional support.
Your account
You must be of legal age to subscribe. Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans, prices and payment
Available plans: weekly (€2.99), monthly (€9.99) and quarterly (€24.99), VAT included. Creating an account is free of charge; access requires a paid plan.
Payment is made through Stripe when you subscribe and at the start of each new period. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
If a renewal payment fails, your access is suspended until you complete the payment from your account.
Changing plan
You can change plan from Account → Subscription. Because the plans have different periods, the new plan starts that same day and the unused part of the previous plan is credited. You will see the amount before confirming.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription, with no calls and no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period already paid and are not charged again.
Except as provided in the withdrawal section, the current period is not refunded, including if you delete your account.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of subscribing by writing to us through the contact shown. Because the service starts immediately at your request, if you withdraw we will deduct the proportion corresponding to the time already used.
Acceptable use and your content
Do not use WorkDecoded for illegal activities, to impersonate others, or to try to access other people’s data or harm the service.
What you write and upload remains yours. We only process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and working properly, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons. The decisions you take based on the guidance are your own. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we will update the version date and, if the change affects you significantly, let you know in advance in your account.
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to any more favourable consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
